I just posted a new article to the Web Hosting Resource Kit website. It is about bad customer service from a web hosting company and I think it is a good example to remember. No matter what kind of business you run, it is critical to provide good customer service to be successful.
Poor Customer Service with JustHost
In this case I am not even a customer of this particular web host and they sent me an invoice that contains customer data of someone else. I was nice to report this back to them, but as a result the situation did not get better.
What are your thoughts on this?
