Start a Web Hosting Business – Step 4

by WHRKIT on November 14, 2004

Open a bank account. Deposit startup funds

You are on your way. You just founded your business. You now have everything you will need to go on to the next step: Open a free business bank account. We got our own business checking account with US Bank. They are in many convenient locations, offer Internet Banking, give you a free Visa Check Card, and best of all – the bank account is free of cost (Basic version – which is more than sufficient for every startup).
Assuming that you registered a LLC you can use your own Social Security Number for the bank account and business. This is absolutely legit and Ok as long as you are the only member of the LLC.

Check with your house bank to see if they offer similar service at no cost. You now can use your own startup funds and deposit them into the checking account.

Cost associated with this step: $0.00

Money spend so far: $6.98
