ResellerEdge.com prides itself on the customer experience while hosting with us. Day in and day out we work with our clients to help them build a successful hosting venture. We are proud to say we are more than just another hosting company.
1) Why do you think ResellerEdge.com is as successful as it is?
You have to believe in what you do, if you do not have faith in yourself nobody else will. Each day we work hard to build our brand and grow our business.
Customer service, customer service, customer service. ResellerEdge.com prides itself on the level of service and support we provide our customers. We not only help our clients with hosting related issues, we also spend time teaching them about how to market their hosting business both online and offline. Our policy is simple do whatever it takes to help our client’s businesses grow.
2) What are your long term goals?
-Continue to grow our brand in the reseller / multiple domain hosting market.
-Continuously provide a high level of service that is demanded in the hosting market today.
3) Do you have a mission statement?
Yes we have a mission statement, it is necessary in today’s world to have clear cut company wide direction on how we are going to serve our customers. A mission statement is important to describe what an organization does (current capabilities), who it serves (stakeholders), and what makes the organization unique (justification for existence).
4) How do you define customer service?
A series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
before, during, and after the sale.
5) What advice can you give to newbies?
Start small – Grow your business slowly, continually looking at how you can add value to your business.
Remain flexible- Yes you are a small business, do not look at that as a negative. Being small allows you to be more flexible and adjust to change, where the large corporations have a lot of red tape to cut through to implement changes. In today’s market being able to change on the fly is a major advantage.
Always listen to your customers- Listening to your current customers will not only help you retain your current client base, but will add value to you company for future clients.
Many thanks to Derrick for spending the time answering our questions. Good luck for your future ventures from WebHostingreport.net -> This interview was done in March of 2004.
